Shridhar Huligol is a seasoned business professional who held senior management positions at several leading organizations over a twenty-four-year career. Most recently, he was associated with Glasbau Hahn (Germany), world’s best museum display case makers for whom he was handling sales in India. He did sales for Glasbau Hahn for supply of their museum cases to the National Museum, New Delhi, Salar Jung Museum, Hyderabad and Bharat Kala Bhavan, Varanasi.
Earlier, he was Divisional Manager in PCI Pest Control Services Private Limited from 2017 to 2019 and Divisional Manager in Pest Control (India) Private Limited (PCI) from 2009 to 2017. He joined PCI’s Termite Control division to promote pre-construction anti-termite treatment and was soon promoted to be a manager. His innovation and managerial skills led him to profitably head the company’s bird control division.
Shridhar’s extensive consulting and management experience comes from his numerous professional assignments which led to his entrepreneurial venture in 2020.The three plus year experience at Shresha has enabled Shridhar to understand founding, growing and running a business with limited resources.
Shridhar’s visionary interests are in design and innovation, enabling technologies, business transformation, and management innovation.
Shridhar’s passion for preservation of priceless artefacts and museum solution business led him to start ShreSha Museum Solutions Private Limited in 2020.Shridhar holds Diploma in Civil Engineering from SHJ Polytechnic Dombivli and had completed his post-graduation in business management from the Symbiosis University and has attended the “Capacity Building Program in Conservation at the CSMVS, Mumbai.”
She worked for five years with the Max Life Insurance Company as a Life Advisor and three years with Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company as a Health Advisor.
She is an Executive in Mi Lifestyle Marketing Global and a Joint Director of Administration at the Giants Group of Dombivli.
At ShreSha, she manages the finance function and handles the administration, human resources, key customers and vendor management.

Preeti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from RK Talreja College.
Her professional journey commenced as a chemical analyst at ‘Molychem’, where she honed her expertise in analytical chemistry. Subsequently, she dedicated four years to Gebbs Healthcare Solutions, a prominent medical billing and coding firm, serving as a senior Medical Coder.
Preeti’s linguistic prowess extends to proficiency in Japanese, having successfully completed the N5, N4, and N3 levels of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
Her professional engagement transcended boundaries when she participated in the esteemed International Museum Expo 2023 held in New Delhi.
Currently at ShreSha, Preeti adeptly oversees marketing, sales, and management aspects related to curative conservation equipment.
Shashikant has completed his Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University and a diploma in industrial engineering.
He is a .NET developer with five year experience in photography, photo editing, video editing, and software and hardware engineering.
He has completed electronics projects such as liquid level control system and an patient information collection device.
He is responsible for the Manufacture, Assembly and maintenance of climate control devices.

He has two-month work experience in Brick and Byte as a Designer.
He Designed the storage cabinets for Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Museum at Satara.
He participated in the International Museum Expo 2023 at New Delhi.
He works as an intern and helps in manufacturing museum display cases.

Pravin Borkar is an accomplished professional with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from MSBTE and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts specializing in History from Nashik University.
He has also completed a certificate course in Air Conditioning from NSDC. With over three years of experience, Pravin has worked as a Production & Quality Engineer at Ankur Electronics, a Trainee Diploma Mechanical Engineer at Mumbai Port Trust, and a Site Engineer at KVM Project Ltd.
His expertise spans production oversight, quality assurance, project management, and installation of fire fighting systems. Pravin’s versatility, strong work ethic, and attention to detail make him a valuable addition to any team.
At ShreSha he oversees the realms of Quality Assurance and Operational Management.

Vipul’s educational journey commenced at H. V. Patil Vidyalaya in Chinchghar, Mumbai, where he pursued his H.S.C. (Science) studies.
Subsequently, Vipul pursued his Graduation in Mechanical Engineering at S. S. Jondhale College of Engineering in Asangaon.
Throughout his academic tenure, he developed proficiency in computer basics, including M.S. Windows and M.S. Office. Furthermore, Vipul successfully completed a significant academic project on Wear Parameters Optimization of Aluminum – SIC – SCBA utilizing the Taguchi Method.
At Shresha, Vipul serves as both Assistant Engineer, and as a proficient overseer of the store department’s functionalities.
